Losing Weight

Glossary:

1. heart attack : When your heart stops beating
2. nutritional deficiencies : When you don’t get all vitamins, minerals, etc.
3. confidence : If you have confidence in someone, you feel that you can trust them.
4. abuse : Abuse of something is the use of it in a wrong way or for a bad purpose.
5. satisfy : You are good enough or have the right qualities to fulfill.
6. phenomenon : is something that is observed to happen or exist.

Losing Weight

These days losing weight is a regular phenomenon. There are many ways to lose weight.
But some kinds, like meat diet,[1] may be dangerous to people who do it. It could cause heart attacks or many bad diseases.[2]
When you start to lose weight you probably stop eating or eat less, so nutritional deficiencies could appear.
Many bad things could possibly happen, so why do they still diet?
Because they want a slimmer body. People think a slim body is beautiful so if they get a slim body they can be satisfied with their body and they can have confidence.[3]
Losing weight is not a bad thing. But abusing it is bad. When you properly lose weight, you could get a slim body and good health.
