Losing Weight

These days, many people want to lose weight without distinction of age or gender.
And according to statistics, many people need to lose weight.
Anyway there are many ways to lose weight.
For example, there are exercises (such as skipping rope, walking, and yoga), diets, and even liposuction.
But losing excessive weight can cause some side effects.
For instance, anorexia, bulimia, nutritional deficiencies, and so on.
And the Korea National Red Cross said that some volunteers who want to donate blood can’t donate blood.
The major cause is nutritional imbalance.
On the other hand, a 25-year-old Russian famous bodybuilder passed away by losing weight’s side effect.
In those days he prepared for a contest.
So he was on an excessive diet.
And the excessive diet caused kidney trouble.
Some bad things could happen but why can’t we still give up losing weight?
