Glossary:

* simultaneous : Things which are simultaneous happen or exist at the same time. ad.simultaneously
* malicious :If you describe someone’s words or actions as malicious, you mean that they are intended to harm people or their reputation, or cause them embarrassment and upset.
* extraordinary :If you describe something or someone as extraordinary, you mean that they have some extremely good or special quality.
* abusive language :Abusive language is extremely rude and insulting.
* hypochondria: refers to an excessive preoccupation or worry about having a serious illness

Text: Flame bait

Everyone has access to the Internet, so there is a variety of input. Some comments or replies to others’ opinions can be positively assessed , but simultaneously, “flame bait” can be also a serious social problem. Without justification, the behavior of spreading rumors or half-truths with malicious intent can cause extraordinary pains to someone who is unfortunate enough to hear such abusive language. Because of “flame bait” , some people experience psychological pains , including hypochondria or choosing to commit suicide. Choi Jin-sil, Lee Eun-ju, Jung Da-bin and U-ni are examples of entertainers committing suicide due to “flame bait”.
Choi Jin-sil, who committed suicide due to evil rumors related to An Jae-hwan who had died before, eventually chose suicide after suffering many mental pains .
Even though she died by flame bait, many flame baits mocking her suicide killed her one more time. There are many more cases . The government and netizens must work together to prevent suicides due to flame baits.
