Girl’s Statement about “Losers”

If you describe something or someone as controversial, you mean that they are the subject of intense public argument, disagreement, or disapproval.
– broadcasting
Broadcasting is the making and sending out of television and radio programmes.
– excessive
If you describe the amount or level of something as excessive, you disapprove of it because it is more or higher than is necessary or reasonable.
– script
The script of a play, film, or television programme is the written version of it.
– track
If you track animals or people, you try to follow them by looking for the signs that they have left behind, for example the marks left by their feet.
– attend
If you attend a meeting or other event, you are present at it.
– comment
A comment is something that you say which expresses your opinion of something or which gives an explanation of it.
– parody
A piece of writing, music, acting, etc. that deliberately copies the style of sb/sth in order to be amusing

Text:

“Misuda” is popular KBS TV show. In this program, foreign females from all over the world talk each other. It is vary popular because you can understand another culture and even Korea.
Last November 9th, Misuda invited female students and one of the students said that short men are ‘loser”. Also She said a dating partner for her should stand at least 180 centimeters tall. Then this statement is in hot water. In addition to this speaking, another students said, A men have to pay expenses of date and they can marry with a man who satisfy the conditions without love.
After that TV show, many people started to blame her, another name ‘loser girl’. Also people attacked Misuda for didn’t edit the controversial part. After broadcasting, she posted her mind on her minihompage that she just read the script that scripter had written. But program staff denied that and said the script was the opinion of the guest.[1]
It is true that she make a fault. But, now on the internet, there are a number of parody and people attack her excessively and post harsh comments. Also they tracked her personal information.[2] Because of this event she can’t attend school and all of Misuda staffs was changed. Even some people sue for damages to KBS because they have mental damage for speaking about a short man.[3]
