Dieting

Glossary :

Drastically : If you describe a study, search, or list as drastically, you mean that it is very thorough and complete.
Bulimia : Bulimia or bulimia nervosa is an illness in which a person has a very great fear of becoming fat, and so they make themselves vomit after eating
Anorexia : Anorexia or anorexia nervosa is an illness in which a person has an overwhelming fear of becoming fat, and so refuses to eat enough and becomes thinner and thinner
Grapefruit : A grapefruit is a large, round, yellow fruit, similar to an orange, that has a sharp, slightly bitter taste
Protein : Protein is a substance found in food and drink such as meat, eggs, and milk. You need protein in order to grow and be healthy
Red pimento : A pimento is a small red pepper.
Sesame : Sesame is a plant grown for its seeds and oil, which are used in cooking
Squid : A squid is a sea creature with a long soft body and many soft arms called tentacles.

Body Shape

Are you satisfied with your body shape?
Nowadays Koreans, mostly women, try hard to have a nice body shape.
There are two kinds of diets.
One kind helps you to lose weight and another helps you to have good health.


Anorexia

First of all, in order to lose weight there are two ways.
1. Fast Diet : This diet drastically reduces caloric intake.[1] Fast diets have the benefit of losing weight efficiently. But, they lead to eating disorders such as Bulimia and Anorexia Nervosa.
2. One Food Diet : This diet lets you eat just one kind of food. For example, To eat only Bananas, or Beef, or Green tea etc.[2]

Second, in order to lose weight and improve one’s health.
1. Protein Diet : Two of the most famous examples are the Denmark diet and Chicken breast diet. The Denmark diet is mainly eating boiled eggs without salt and grapefruit. This way supplies protein and vitamins.[3] In the Chicken breast diet, every dish has some chicken breast in it.[4]
2. Color Diet : Two examples are the Red diet and Black diet. The Red diet is mainly eating red vegetables. For example, red pimento, peppers , tomatoes, strawberries etc. The Black diet is mainly eating black beans, sesame, Unpolished rice, squid ink etc.[5]
