5 stratosphere: [NOUN] the layer of the earth’s atmosphere which lies between 10 and 50 kilometres above the earth.

Let me introduce our presentation about the volcano of Mount Baekdu.
scientific investigation which suggests that Mount Baekdu will erupt is an issue.
Mount Baekdu is the highest mountain in Korea.
And Mount Baekdu is an inactive volcano like Mount Fuji in Japan.
An inactive volcano is a volcano that has not erupted for a considerable length of time but is still capable to erupt.
The 8,990-foot mountain has over a billion tons of water in a lake of its top, which could flood surrounding areas.

Experts say that the mountain has an active core, although the mountain has been inactive since its last eruption in 1903.
If the mountain erupts, gas and ash of the mountain will cover a wide area which contains the South Korea provinces of Kongwon-do and Kyengsan-do.

And the average temperature will drop over 2 degree because of ash that will fly to the stratosphere.
