Glossary
Recipe : A recipe is a list of ingredients and a set of instructions that tell you how to cook something.
Whipping cream : Whipping cream is cream that becomes stiff when it is stirred very fast.
Edible : If something is edible, it is safe to eat and not poisonous.
Ingredient : Ingredients are the things that are used to make something, especially all the different foods you use when you are cooking a particular dish.
Pepper : Pepper is a hot-tasting spice which is used to flavour food.

Our presentation is about Recipes.
Kind of food are Korean, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Western food etc.
First, Bibimbab, Tteokbokki and bulgogi are Korean food.
Second, pasta, pizza and risotto are Italian food.
Third, examples of Chinese food are Beijing duck, mapa tofu and dimsum.
Fourth, sushi, polk cutlet and ramen are Japanese food.
Last, steak, salad and soup are Western food.

Then, we will introduce to you to two recipes.

One food is Tteokbokki.
Ingredients of Tteokbokki are rice bar, cabbage, salt, fish cake, red pepper paste, green onion, sugar.
First, fry a cabbage, onion with edible oil. And put them and red pepper paste in the water and boil them.
Second, If they have boiled for 10 minutes, put in the rice cakes and fish caked.
Finally, season to suit yout taste with sugar and salt,

The second food that I will introduce is cream Spaghetti.
For ingredients, you will need spaghetti noodles, bacon, shrimp, onions, garlic, whipping cream, milk, cheese powder, salt and pepper.
First, slice the bacon, onions and garlic. Then put sone oil on to the pas and fry the garlic and onions. While doing this, boil the spaghetti noodles for 3 minutes, Fry the bacon and shrimp with garlic and onions. When they are done, add some milk, cheese powders and whipping cream. Then, cook it for 3 minutes.
Lastly, add spaghetti noodles and cook it for a minute more. After you put some salt and pepper, you are done.
