There are many main vegetable ingredients such as green onion, radish, cucumber or cabbage.
also there are many minor ingredients, such as salt, carrom ts, red pepper powder, ginger, salted fish, green onion, etc.
ingredients can be replaced or added depending on the type of kimchi.
there are many kinds of kimchi.
For example pa kimchi, kkakdugi, baek kimchi, and baechu kimchi.
The most general kimchi is baechu kimchi.
Now let’s look at the process of making kimchi.
First, divide the cabbage into four pieces and Put the cabbage in salted water for about 8hours.
Second, chop the carrots, ginger and green onions.
Third, put the sliced ingredients a a little salt in red pepper powder.
Finally Put the seasoned ingredinedts in cabbage ad rub them together.

Introduce Japan’s most famous food sushi.
Sushi’s typical materials are rice, slices of row fish, wasabi.
At this moment, instead of slices of row fish, it is okay to use different materials, according to taste.
For example, slices of meat, other seafood of fried tofu, and so on.
On the basis of these materials, kind of sushis are Chirashizushi, Inarizushim rolled sushi, Oshizushi, Nisirizushi.
From now on, We will learn about variety of sushi nutrition.
The main ingredients of sushi, rice and raw fish are low in fat, high in protein, vitamins and minerals.
Also, many seafoods contain omega-3 fatty acids.
But, when we take in large quantityies, some sushi can make health risk.
Therefore, let’s take it in moderation.[1]

Let me introduce the curry which is the most famous food in india
curry is an Indian traditional food. It is made ??up with various spices.
Turmeric and pepper are basic spices of curry, Especially It is always yellow because of turmeric
curry has special effectiveness. It is good for liver and also strengthen your immunity
Typical types of curry are ‘Palak ppaneer’, ‘Chicken Makhani’ and ‘mutton korma’.
‘Palak ppaneer’ is made with spinach and cheese.
‘Chicken Makhani’ is made with tomato, cream and chicken.
‘Mutton korma’ is made with Cashew Nut, cream and mutton.[2]
Now let’s talk about ‘chicken Makhani”s recipe.
ingredients of Chicken Makhani are tomato paste, Milk, cream, chicken, onions, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, curry powder, oil and water
first, slice chicken rectangle shape and sprinkle with salt and pepper. bake it for 10 minutes
Second, Chop the onion, garlic, carrots and mushrooms. and fry it using oil
Third, put water, curry powder, Milk and Tomato paste in to pot. and boil it
Forth, put the prepared ingredients in the pot and top with the cream and bake it for 20 minutes in oven.[3]

one of china’s famous food is wol.byeong
materials of wol.byeong are eggs, salt, butter, sugar, and flour.
first, mix all ingredients except flour and put then into the flour and knead.
second, put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour to ferment
third, toast the nuts and mix them with red beans.
fourth, divide the dough and put the mixed ingredients in it then put the dough in the mould.
finally bake in oven for 20 minutes.
